If your particular injury does not fall neatly within one of these five areas, then please email or call us as there's a good chance that we can or do handle the type of dispute that you are faced with, but perhaps not as commonly as the four areas expressed above.

Before moving to these five particular areas of our practice, it is helpful to obtain a working definition of negligence, as negligence is the common theme for three of the four practice areas discussed here (as well as serving the basis for many other causes of actions and cases before the courts).
